Cosplay Club is an social club for cosplayers across South Australia. We maintain an accessible and safe environment for the community.
At our meetups you’ll find a space for community members to socialise, work on their cosplays and connect with other members.
At our events and workshops you’ll be shown new skills and experiences that fit within the world of cosplay and the nerd culture it inhabits.

The website has a Programs Calendar page which can be accessed via the Programs drop down menu.
We also keep our Instagram page up to date with posts on upcoming programs.

As Cosplay Club is a community group, being an active part of the community is the best way to get involved.
Staff positions are filled on a case-by-case basis but call-outs for volunteers are usually circulated via our Discord and social media.

All Cosplay Club workshops, meetups and events are all-ages events unless otherwise specified in the specific event info.
Workshops & Meetups

Workshops are put together by staff and volunteers, so the easiest way to keep up with them is via the calendar.
Meetups are run on a monthly basis at several locations. For more information on them, see the Workshops & Meetups page

If you have an idea for a workshop, or the skills and experience to run a workshop, please reach out to us via our Contact Form.

Each meetup is run by one of our staff. All staff have Working With Children Checks and are trained to make sure the meetups are an inclusive and safe environment.
Photowalks

All upcoming photowalks are announced via our socials, and are also posted to our Programs Calendar.

All official Cosplay Club Photowalks are organised and run by staff members, all of which have Working with Children Checks, making sure each photowalk is inclusive, safe and welcoming to all attending.

All photos are released publicly to all patrons of the event once the editing process is completed by our partnered photographers.

If you’d like to apply to be a photographer for our photowalks, please contact us via the contact page.
Please note that all photographers must have a current Working With Children Check, which can be obtained for free under the volunteer work category.
Events

All events are posted publicly on all our socials, and once confirmed, are posted in our Calendar.

Cosplay Club works with our community and partners on every event. If we require volunteer staffing, a request will be put out via social media and the Discord server.

Accessibility is always at the forefront of our mind when planning events. Any and all accessibility requirements will be planned for where necessary.
If a specific event venue as special considerations or limitations, we will always include this information in the event info.
